ENQUIRY BY BOARDS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Levin. Last Night. •Speaking here to-night, Mr. Massey stated that the boards that are to enquire into the condition of the soldier settlers are set up in eleven districts, and in the one remaining would be set up’ in a few days and would be able to commence operations.
