Cable Assn. WELSH MINING DISPUTE. London, Sept. 27. The South Wales Aliners* Federation ha s taken the Ebbw Vale negotiations out of the hands of the local leaders. The federation has agreed that the men shall accept the disputed award, and is now urging the company to reopen the works on this condition.
