DEATH OF ONE OF THE ACCUSED. By Telegraph.—Press Association Auckland, Last Night. Kathleen Imrie died in hospital to-day. She was the daughter-in-law of Mrs. O’Shaughnessey, with whom she was arrested on a charge that, on August 14, by the pmissibn to perform a legal duty, they caused the death of Elsie Mary Fraider. The deceased was a married woman, aged 29 years, and she leaves a baby. The case was called in the Police Court on Friday, when a remand to next Thursday was granted, on account of Mrs. Imrie’s ill-health.
