PRICES OF PRODUCE.

BETTER INFORMATION WANTED. RAPID ADVICE FROM LONDON. (By Wire. —Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. A suggestion that the Minister of Agriculture shouJJ arrange for the publication of a weekly market report containing the very latest information regarding dairy produce prices in London was made by Mr. J. C. Hamilton (Awarua) in the House today. The Minister (the Hon. W. Nosworthy) replied that he would see what could tie done. He observed that dairy farmers already received information from the representative of the National Dairy Association, and quotations from that source ought to let the farmers know what the position was.

Mr. Hamilton: They don’t, anyway. Mr. Nosworthy said he would be pleased to make inquiries. He realised the importance of prompt information, and if he found it was impossible to improve on the present system he would consider what should be done.
