FREIGHT CONCESSIONS MOOTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, August 30. Mr. Jessop, delegate of the New Zealand Meat Export Control Board, is in constant negotiation with the shipping companies. It is understood substantial concessions have been offered, though an actual agreement has not yet been reached.
