COAL MINES RESUMING. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York. August 30. The bituminous coal strike in Western Pennsylvania has ended. The Pittsburg Coal Company, the largest independent producer in the district, has agreed to re-open its 54 mines under the terms of the Cleveland agreement. At Augusta, Georgia, one southern railway guard was killed and one fatally wounded. They were ambushed by strikers.
