AUCKLAND v. WANGANUI. By Telegraph.—Prass Association. Wanganui, August 19. Auckland defeated Wanganui to-day, 6 goals to 2. PLAY IN TARANAKI. The only local game played on Saturday was a friendly match between Technical Old Giris and Technical College. Both -teams played short, the game ending in a draw, 3 all. In the semi-finals Hawera ladies were defeated by Stratford High School by 4 ‘goal# to 2.
