AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Tress Association , Auckland, August 11. At the Supreme Court Hugh James Collins on a charge of being a rogue and a vagabond, was sentenced to three months* hard labor; John Alfred Farrer, for indecent assaults on children, to two years reformative treatment; R. H. Ellis, theft of a ring, three months’ imprisonment; Henry March, false pretences. IS months’ hard labor; Robert Colcord, forgery and uttering and theft of savings bank book, I*2 months’ hard labor.
