AN INSINUATION REFUTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Regarding the comments of Mr. J. McCombs in the House on the alteration of the boundaries of the Kaiapoi and Riecarton electorates, the members of the South Island Representation Comiriission have warmly refuted the insinuation that their decision in the matter will be influenced by any political considerations. Mr. H. Quane said that no political influence had been brought to bear on the commisison. The petition objecting to the boundaries as originally decided upbn had been considered on its merits. Mr. G.
