The design was approved and a committee appointed to deal with the matter. It was also decided that winners of the banner to date be recorded on the shield. It was decided to procure 100 badges, the matter of design being left in the hands of a sub-committee. It was resolved that it be a recommendation to the Dominion Council that the annual Dominion tournament, commencing with the rinks, be started as early in the year as possible, not later than January 8, and that each competition be completed before starting another. It was further agreed to arrange for representative matches during the coming season at Wanganui, Palmerston North and Wellington. Arrangements In connection with these matches and in connection with the annual tournament, were left in the hands of the New Plymouth executive. It was decided to arrange for a North v. South match, to be played at Stratford in February. Instead of calling for nominations, as in the past, representative teams will be selected by the selectors. Clubs affiliated to the centre will be circularised asking for their opinion as to whether two games or three games a day be played at the annual tournament.
