ITALIAN STRIKE.
A BIG FIASCO. COALITION CABINET FORMED. By Telegraph, -Press Assn.—Copyright. Rome, August 2. The strike was a big fiasco. The workers failed to respond to the orders of their executives. The strike nowhere was general, except in Ancona. All other important including Florence, Milan and Turin, are working as usual. In isolated cases where the railwaymen responded to the strike call Fascists replaced them and it is expected the Fascists will keep the jobs. The leaders of the Communist and Socialist parties are contemplating resignation in view of the disagreement regarding their orders. The success of the Fascists has created a great impression. Rome, August 1. Signor Facta lias formed a coalition Cabinet excluding the Fascists and Socialists, with Signor Schanzer as Foreign Minister. 'The King has approved the personnel.
