NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. The final for the Brewster Cup was played yesterday, when Miss Shaw (handicap 36) beat Miss Thomson (IB) 2 up and 1. The best scores in an eclectic match played by the juniors recently ar«>: — Mrs. Waterston 113—36—77 Mrs. Wlaters 119—36—83 Miss Greig 119—36—83 Miss Johns 119—36—83 Next Tuesday a medal match will be played for a silver button. Entries close on Saturday, and partners will be drawn. NEW PLYMOUTH v. STRATFORD. The New Plymouth Club will play Stratford at New Plymouth to-morrow. Players should be at the clubhouse ready to play at 1.30 The men’s team is: Butcher, Weston, Wade, Elliott, Grey, Jago, Renner, Avery, Dalgleish, Andrews. The ladles’ team is: Miss Rundle, Mrs. Nicholson, Miss Thomson, Mrs. Burke, Miss Read, Mrs. Weston, Miss Simpson and Miss Bremer.
