A week-end storm caused widespread damage in New South Wales, especially in the northern districts, where the floods are threatening. A warning has been issued to shipping that a cyclonic disturbance is centred off Brisbane and working southward. The Manuka, which arrived at 9.30, ran into the gale, but was not seriously delayed.
