RUSSIAN FAMINE RELIEF.
AMERICAN EFFORT SUMMARISED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Washington, July 16. Mr. Hoover has reported to President Harding that up to July 1 59,500,000 dollars had been spent in Rusisan famine relief or allocated for expenditure. One hundred and forty ship loads, aggregating 788,878 tons of good medicine and supplies, had been provided for relief work.
