SHEARERS’ AWARD.

AN INJUNCTION GRANTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, July 7. Mr. Justice Edmunds has granted the Graziers’ Association an injunction restraining the Australian Workers’ Union from enforcing compliance with the rule preventing members signing the agreement, as the rule contravenes Mr. Justice Power’s award. The association has also instituted proceedings against the union officials for penalties for breaches of award in the direction of inciting members to strike. The matter will be brought before the Police Court on Wednesday.
