HEAVY FRENCH BURDENS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, July 2. M. Poincare, addressing the Republican Committee, said-: “We do not want our credit from Germany subjected to any further amputations. Certain countries think this is excessive, but if France succumbs under the burden of reparations, the reorganisation of Europe will not be easier. France only asks that she shall not be broken under the weight Of an unjust debt.”
