By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N., June 22. A conference of delegates of the A« and P. Associations in the North Island was held this morning to consider matters of moment.
A remit was received from Canterbury) suggesting a change in the administra- i tion and constitution of the Board of Agriculture. Mr. Perry, a member of the board, moved an amendment that the board remain constituted as at present, but be given power to control agri, cultural education, and the chairman
be elected by members of the boardj The amendment was carried.
