PHEASANTS COST TEN POUNDS By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dargaiville, Last Night* At the Magistrate’s Court this morning a Maori named Walker was fined £lO for having a brace of pheasants in his possession without being the holder of a license. The defence was that he shot the pheasants ou his own property.
