THE DAIRY POOL.
WAREA OPPOSES COMPULSION. At a meeting of directors of the Warea Co-op. Dairy Factory Co., Ltd., on Monday, the "following regulation was carried unanimously: “That the directors of the Warea Coop. Dairy Factory Co., Ltd., most strongly protest against the proposed compulsory provision of the suggested dairy produce pool, on the grounds that it is unnecessary, a restraint to trade, and fraught with political and economic dangers, which may prove disastrous not only to the producers of the Dominion, but to the whole community, and that a. copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Right Hon. Mr. Massey and to the member for the district, Mr. O. Hawken, M.P.”
