The fact that Herr Wirth, the Premier, has agreed to accept them indicates that the crisis is over and that France will take no military action. Received May 29, 7.30 p.m. Paris, May 2/9. No official announcement been made of the terms which the Reparation Commission has ottered to Germany, it is understood that a portion of the international loan, which will enable Germany to meet several years’ reparatians, will be allotted to Germany to balance her Budget. If the bankers consider it impossible to float the loan this year Germany will be allowed to issue an extra amount of paper money for the purchase of foreign currencies, in order to meet reparation payments in 1922.
