DUNEDIN NORTH CANDIDATES. By Telegraph.—Presi Association. Dunedin, Last Night. Candidates announced for the Dunedin North bye-eleetion are: J. W. Munro (Labor),* J. J. Clark (Independent Reformer). As regards the Liberal Party, the choice rests between W. Begg* and H. E. Moller, and it is probable the former will have the party’s nomination. Mr. Afunro has previously stood without success. Messrs; Clark and Begg are both. ex-Mayors.
