END PREDICTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Speaking last night at the presentation of an illuminated address to Mr. J. A. McCullough (who recently resigned his position as the workers’ representative on the Arbitration Court,, Mr. E. J. Howard, M.P., said it was his belief that the Arbitration Court would not last much longer in New Zealand. Now that wages were falling the test of the Court would come.
