The Prince of Wales has arrived here, being en j.vsiastically welcomed. He was unable to attend a dinner and reception at night, as he met with a slight accident when playing polo. He was struck by the ball, which slightly bruised and cut his left cheek. He returned to the Renown, where he was able to dine as usual after the wound was dressed. He will probably be abe to fulfil to-mor-row’s informal programme. The injury is not causing the slightest anxiety.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
