FLAT DWELLERS REVOLT.
TENTS IN THE PARKS. Vancouver, April 8. Thousands of Chicago and New YorK flat-dwellers threatened with higher rentals by grasping landlords are vacating their city homes and installing themselves in colonies in the parks and forest reserve outside the cities. They are living in tents. It is estimated that 10,000 in each city may thus escape high rentals until next autumn.
