NEW ATLANTIC CABLES.
PLANS COMPLETED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. New York. April 19. The Western Telegraph Company has announced that plans have been completed for laying new cables across the Atlantic from New York, probably to a German port. '’’he cable, which is a new invention, will carry 40 million words annually, compared with the present cable’s capacity of five millions.
