SEMINOFF’S TROUBLES.

As soon as he stepped into New York he was arrested and held i? 1 25,000 dollars bail, as the result of a judgment for 500,000 dollars obtained in Harbin, China, by a foreign trading company whose goods were looted in Siberia. Seminoff admitted that owing to the disorderea conditions in Siberia, anti-Bolshevik and Bolshevik alike looted the property of others.
