PREPARATIONS IN JAPANTokio, March 17. Preparations in Japan to entertain the Prince of Wales are complete. The welcome will be the most elaborate ever staged iii Japan. Apart from the court and official circles, the common people are keenly interested in the Royal visitor. A special railway train with coaches designed and decorated by Japan’s foremost artists will be used for the Prince’s tour. Millions of British flags are being manufactured, and the Imperial palaces and other places where the Prince will stay have been lavishly decorated.
