EX-CANADIAN SOLDIER ARRESTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received March 19, 11.30 p.m. San Francisco, March 18. A former Canadian soldier has been arrested in Lower California in connection with the Taylor murder. He has been identified by a rancher as one of the two men who were heard to threaten to get a former British army officer at Los Angeles, who, it is presumed, would mean Taylor.
