CHARGED WITH CAR THEFT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, March 13. A car belonging to the Justice Department, which was stolen outside the Wellington gaol on Saturday, was recovered in Napier this morning, and two men, Harold Burton Hay and James Harold O’Brien, were charged with theft and remanded. The capture of the men was due to the proprietor of a Napier garage, where the car was stored.
