Mr. Justice Reed, in a long I charge to the jury, gave an exhaustive [review of the case in which the Native, I Rutene Topi, was charged with the mur- | der of Zambucca, an Assyrian hawker. : True bills were returned in all cases. The trial of A. E. Bourgeois, for alleged manslaughter in connection with ■a collision between a motor car and a gig, is proceeding.
