SYDNEY INSTITUTION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received March 13, 7.5 p.m. Sydney, March 13. The Premier (Mr. Dooley) laid the foundation stone of the .iew Government Savings Bank, which will lie the largest banking premises in the southern hemisphere. The building runs through from Castlereagh Street, where it has a frontage of 235 -feet to Elizabeth Street, with a frontage of 216 feet. Tte height will be ICO feet.
