MONUMENT IN BIARRITZ. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright Received March 13, 8.25 p.m. Paris, March 13. The British Ambassador (Viscount Hardinge) unveiled a monument to King Edward the Seventh at Biarritz in the presence of a great international assemblage, which was greatly enthusiastic. The town was en fete; two battalions of infantry lined the square, and bands played the British National An-them.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
