REVIVAL OF EUROPE.
THE GENOA CONFERENCE. TO OPEN NEXT MONTH. By TelesraPl»-^P ress Assn. —Copyright. Paris, March 7. The Matin states definitely that the Genoa Conference will open on April 10. M. Poincare, desiring to show the great importance, will attend, but probably only for the opening session, in consequence of M. Millerand’s absence in Algeria. The Matin says that France and Britain have agreed regarding the conditions under which Germany will be allowed from May 5 to resume the manufacture of commer-. cial aircraft. The technical definition gives the limits to weight, dimensions, speed and engine power beyond which aircraft shall be defined as military and must be destroyed. Machines conforming to the specified limits shall be regarded as commercial and may be manufactured for export. Other conditions relate to the control of factories, and their technical personnel and permanent control by a commission. The Italian Government has officially accepted the proposal that the Genoa Conference should open on April 10. The proceedings will be suspended for the Easter holidays.
