Police have been dispatched to prevent possible fanatical massacres by the Doukhobors, a religious sect which threatened to kill their children and their infirm. KLUKLUXKLAN REAPPEARS. A Denver message states that indications that Kukluxklan is still functioning were revealed to-day, when whiterobed members suddenly appeared at the -funeral of Dr. Locke and placed floral offerings, consisting of a white cross inscribed “Knights of Kukluxklan.’’
