GOLD MINERS RESUMING. ENGINE DRIVERS STILL OUT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright Capetown, Feb. 17. Forty-five hundred men have resumed at the Johannesburg gold mines, including 200 C officials. The Federation has issued an order dealing more drastically with free laborers. The engine drivers have decided not to resume to work. Parliament opens to-day.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
