A CHEERING PREDICTION.

Dr. Armstrong (President of the Board of Health), in a warning to citwens respecting the increased necessity for rat destruction, says experience has shown that fleas are more numerous in Sydney in March and April, and it is a safe presumption that the number of rat fleas wifi alee increase.
