LEAGUE TEAM IN ENGLAND. By Telegraph.—Press —Copyright London, Jan. 2. A league football match was played in a heavy wind and the ground was muddy. Hunslet, relying mainly on kicking and dribbling, kept the visitors on the defensive in the early stages of play, which was keen and interesting. The Australians established a lead of 9 to 3 in the first half and maintained their superiority, finishing with five tries and two goals, while Hunslet scored two tries aad-two. goab>
