According to a Philadelphia message the local Oisteddfcd, which invited Mr. Lloyd George to attend its celebration on January 2, has received a cablegram from his secretary regretting inability to attend, inasmuch as the Premier is not visiting the United States this winter.—Aus.-N.Z.
