• HAMILTON CASES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, Dec. 8. In the Supreme Court Allan Blackie, for failing to account for £430, was admitted to probation for three years. Walter Harding, a young married man, for assault was sentenced to twelve months’ reformative treatment. Torrie Bell, for breaking and entering at Taumarunui, was placed on probation for two years and was prohibited. Samuel Cusley, guilty of carnal knowledge, was remanded for sentence.
