NO MAJORITY EXPECTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Ottawa, Dec. 3. The quietest election campaign in the history of Canada will end with the polling on Tuesday next. It is certain that none of the three parties in the field, Liberals, Conservatives and Farmers party, will secure a plurality. Careful estimates suggest that the new house may contain 90 liberals, 80 Conservatives and 70 Farmers, in which case the Liberals and Farmers may form a coalition.
