TOTAL OF 200 MILLIONS. By Telegraph.—Preas Assn —CopyrlghL. London, Dec. 3. The Evening News states that Sir Eric Geddes will recommend cuts making an aggregate saving of 130 millions annually. With the saving of 65 millions. made <by the departments in response to the Treasury’s urgent representations the total will be in the neighborhood of 200 millions.
