MISSION OF HERR STINNES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Nov. 29. Herr Rathenau and Dr. Simons have arrived in London on an unknown mission. Berlin, Nov. 29. Herr Hugo Stinnes attended a meeting of the foreign affairs commission. He was pressed to state the purpose and result of his visit to England, but he refused to comply, saying he went to London solely for private reasons.
