HIS VISIT TO BRITAIN. QUESTION OF A LOAN. ■ By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 21, 5.5 p.m. . London, Nov. 21. The Central News is informed that Herr Stinnes has no official purpose in his visit, which was undertaken with a view to re-organising several concerns which he controls and create new businesses. He met many commercial men who were former directors of his companies in Berlin. He stated he is visiting Britain to ascertain, firstly, the amount British banks are prepared to lend Germany to pay reparations on security of German industries, and secondly, if British banks and merchants are prepared to join a combined AngloGerman company for the exploition of Russia. He is also authorised to offer Britain closer economic relations witn Germany.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
