SUPPORT EROM THE CHURCH. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. At the Fresbyterian General Assembly the question of the League of Nations wae discussed, the aims of the League being enthusiastically advocated by Dr. Gibb and the Rev. H. Mac Lean and the Rev. Herron. The Assembly unanimously agreed to set up a committee to communicate with the official representatives of all churches in New Zealand with a view to the formation of a Dominion branch of the League of Nations Union, such union to include people of every church and every friend of humanity in this country.
