CHRISTCHURCH CASES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Nov. 7. At the Supreme Court William David Hand (17), Harry Clark (19), and John Leslie Clark (20), on charges of unlawful carnal knowledge, were sentenced to three years’ reformative treatment. John Robert Smith, a half-caste Maori, for receiving stolen goods, was sentenced to three years’ reformative treatment, and Richard Haslam Smith, charged with forgery at Greymouth, received two years’ hard labor.
