A Philadelphia message states that Miss Glenna Collett, an eighteen-year-old girl from Providence, Rhode Island, defeated Miss Cecil Leitch and other British and American women golfers, winning the Berthyllyn Cup, a famous golfing trophy. Duncan and Mitchell have sailed from New York for England, after playing 105 rounds during the 98 days of their American visit. They engaged 72 pairs of opponents, had 51 victories, 17 defeats and 4 drawn contests.
