Authoritative circles believe the arrest will take place long before the Prince of Wales’ arrival or not at all. — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. UNREST IN INDIA. Received Oct. 15, 5.5 p.m. Delhi, Oct. 14. Three hundred armed rebels are attacktacking the tanners and weavers for helping the police. Nine are dead and nine wounded. Many children were maltreated. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Received Oct. 17, 12.5 a.m. Delhi, Oct. 15. Reinforcements which arrived at Malabar reported that the rebels have decided to secure emergency rations, await developments and avoid battle. Temples at Walluvanad were looted and destroyed. Many suspected spies were tortured to death. The leaders of the Nankana riots near Lahore were sentenced to death, eight to transportation for life and seventeen to seven years’ rigorous treatment.
