ELTHAM.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) While mustering cattle on Saturday Mr. Schumacher, of the Cheal Road, Ngaere, was seriously gored by a bull. He was knocked down twice, the second time one of the horns entering his chest. He was conveyed to a private hospital, where it was discovered that several other injuries had been sustained. The Eltham Pipe Band, under Drum Major J. L. Campbell, paraded the streets on Saturday evening, giving a number of appreciable items.
