MOVEMENTS UNRESTRICTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 14, 5.5 London, Sept. 13. Mr. J. M. Hunter (Agent-General for Queensland) has returned from The Hague. He visited Doorn, but did not meet the ex-Kaiser, although the Dutch authorities offered him facilities to do so. He denied that the ex-Kaiser is surrounded by barbed wire entanglements; he is apparently un-restricted.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
