APPEAL TO AUSTRALIA. TO FEED THE CHILDREN. By Telegraph .—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Sept. 10. Lord Weardale, chairman of the “Save the Children Fund,” has sent a wireless message to Mr. W. M. Hughes asking him to make a special appeal in Australia for the children of Russia. Dr. Nansen has allotted to Saratov, which is the worst famine area, the Australian funds, which are guaranteed to feed 100,000 children.
